Lead Up Lima provides a quick, highly condensed version of Allen Lima Leadership’s signature 10-month class. The experience gives introductions to Lima/Allen County’s businesses, arts, government, education, nonprofits and history. The class is targeted to high-level executives, upper-level managers, organization decision makers, CEOs and physicians, especially those new to the community, but is open to all. We also welcome spouses. Tuition is $500.
