Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) develops adult and youth leaders for the benefit of our community. We provide an education that improves understanding of community issues, institutions, self and others; and training for individuals in advanced leadership principles.

SIGNATURE COURSE
A 10-month course with a dual curriculum of community and leadership development.
Allen Lima Youth Leadership
Presented in partnership with Lima Rotary Foundation and Lima Memorial Health System, designed for high school sophomores and juniors.
LEAD UP LIMA

Allen Lima Leadership is the premier organization the community seeks to strengthen and broaden the community’s leadership base.
Our history
Allen Lima Leadership has served the community for more than 25 years. The organization began as a program of the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce, and is now a stand-alone organization under the umbrella of the Lima/Allen County Chamber Foundation.
More than 700 people have graduated from our signature course, which is in its 30th year. The Allen Lima Youth Leadership Program began as a class project, and is now in its 20th year.
We are funded by tuition, corporate support, donations and fundraisers.
