LIMA – Allen Lima Leadership is forming a new alumni association to keep graduating classes together and support ALL, Executive Director Heather Rutz said Monday.

The new group will serve two purposes, to keep graduates of the Signature Course networking with each other and other classes, and also to support ALL through fundraising, Rutz said.

“For nearly 30 years, we know that folks have positive feelings about their ALL experiences, but we haven’t done a good job keeping them connected to our program,” Rutz said. “We want to fix that, and also continue promoting leadership development for the benefit of our community.
