Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) offers high-performing team workshops designed to help organizations and individuals maximize productivity, collaboration, and results. Through interactive leadership development, communication strategies, and proven team-building practices, ALL works with teams to strengthen trust, align goals, and improve day-to-day execution. Whether developing emerging leaders or enhancing established teams, ALL provides practical tools and coaching that empower people to lead with confidence, connect with purpose, and perform at their highest level for lasting impact in the workplace and community.

The Allen Lima Leadership Program began its journey in 1989 as an opportunity for area leaders to develop their overall awareness of all aspects of the Lima/Allen County community as well as develop the skills necessary to be a successful leader. The program showcases how each industry plays an important and impactful role in the overall success of our region. Strong community leaders are advocates for all components of the community and by providing a hands-on glimpse into what drives our region, participants gain a unique perspective of our County. With more than 700 graduates of the signature course Allen Lima Leadership is the premier personal development program for the next generation of leaders.
