Our economy is people. Our currency is capacity.
Allen Lima Leadership (ALL) develops new adult and youth leaders for the benefit of our community. We provide an education that improves understanding of community issues, institutions, self and others; and training for individuals in advanced leadership principles.
Allen Lima Leadership works in a special economy, with a special currency, in which an original investment is turned over for good. With your investment in us, we invest in people who care about their community, who in turn take what they earn and multiply it. It’s a profound ripple effect: You would be hard-pressed to find an organization making positive change in Lima/Allen County that doesn’t include an ALL graduate. Apply Today |
