The cost is $150, which includes two workshops, two assessments and lunch. Space is limited, and participants must register by July 29.

The OSU Leadership Center will present two of its signature workshops, “Leading and Change: Strengthening Your Capacity to Lead Others Through Change;” and “Communication and Conflict Management.” The day is hosted and sponsored by The Ohio State University at Lima.

Participants will learn research-based, practical responses to real-time challenges; strengthen their ability to lead and accomplish change; and manage conflict, and use it as a positive tool for success. They will also complete two assessments, the Discovery Learning Change Style Indicator and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument.

“If you’re in a leadership role, you know conflict and change well. These workshops will help you not only manage conflict and change, but lead through them and turn them into positives,” ALL Executive Director Heather Rutz said. “ALL is making this leadership development opportunity available primarily as a benefit to alumni of our signature course. We are grateful to The Ohio State University at Lima for helping bring the resource of The OSU Leadership Center from Columbus to Lima.”
